How do I become a member of Texas Landlord Solutions?

Click here to JOIN NOW! You will receive an email confirmation containing your password for member access to our web site. Your user name is your email address.

How long does my membership last? How much does it cost to renew?

Your membership lasts one year from the day you first have access to the site. So if you register on Sunday, June 9, 2009, and you have access  immediately and your membership will be due for renewal on June 10, 2010. If you know other landlords who can benefit from Texas Landlord Solutions, please refer them to us. If they join, we will add one month to your subscription for each member you refer who joins Texas Landlord Solutions for a year or more.

Because we value our loyal customers, we guarantee that your renewal rate will not be more than 10% higher than the rate you paid the previous year, regardless of the demand for membership or the rate being charged to new members.

My landlord – tenant problem is kind of complicated. Can I get help on the phone?

Yes. ---- is available to members at the special consultation rate of only $1.49 per minute, a 40% discount from ---- regular consultation rates. Just call -------- If ---- is unavailable at that moment, just leave your name, best contact number, the best time to reach you, and a brief description of your question, and Mike will call you back. Your call will nearly always be returned the same day, and always by the next day.

What if I need a form that is not available on the web site?

No problem. Just contact us  and we will email the form you need. It will then be posted on the web site, as we presume that, if you need a particular form, others probably do, too!

In addition to the forms and letters members have asked for, other forms that are commonly used in the business of  land lording will be added to the site on a regular basis.
